The Willis Education Center (WEC) is home to the administrative offices for Delaware City School District and select student programming. The Willis Innovative Learning Lab (W.I.L.L.) is also located on the Winter Street side of the building. The building also serves as a community resource with meeting facilities, auditorium, gymnasium and small cafeteria.

 

Delaware City Schools is also a proud partner with Strengthening Families to bring a variety of student and family services to our community. Strengthening Families is housed on the second floor of the Willis Education Center in addition to other community partners.
