In 2019 and early 2020, our staff and community invested a considerable amount of time in developing the foundation for our strategic plan. We were so close to presenting the final ideas to the board of education when the COVID-19 Pandemic hit. Although we took a significant pause to focus our efforts on immediate needs associated with running our schools during the Pandemic, the strategic plan work remained very important for our district. In the spring of 2022, the strategic plan was finalized and adopted by the Board of Education.
