Tuition Rates & Policies
We know that high-quality care can be expensive. The Pacer School Age Child Program strives to offer exceptional care at reasonable tuition rates. We are able to do this thanks to our many partners and supporters, including the Delaware City School District, the Ohio Department of Education, businesses, community organizations, and all of our current parents/guardians.
Pacer SACC tuition rates are based on an annual tuition fee that is divided into equal weekly payments. Some weeks contain more program days than others, but the weekly tuition amount remains the same. There is no tuition adjustment due to Holidays, emergency closures, vacations, or child absence. Tuition is not charged for winter or spring break, and optional All-day SACC is offered during this time.
Tuition is paid in advance and is due the Friday before the week of care provided. Please click on the document below for tuition rates and additional policy details.
