• Child Care Tuition Assistance:
     
    Ohio Department of Job and Family Services
    Delaware City Schools SACC Program accepts Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) Publicly Funded Child Care or PFCC (previously known as Title XX). Contact the Delaware County Department of Job and Family Services at (740) 833-2300 for eligibility information and guidance in applying for child care assistance.
    • Families using the PFCC voucher must maintain a minimum of 7 hours of weekly attendance.
    • Regular tuition rates will apply until your voucher is approved and all required back attendance has been recorded and submitted
    • Families are responsible for making sure the voucher does not expire or lapse.  Regular tuition rates will be reinstated if a voucher expires or lapses.
     
    Pacer SACC Tuition Discount
    Families who are not eligible for the PFCC voucher may qualify for the Pacer SACC Tuition Discount of 25%.  This is an income-based tuition discount. Below is the application and SACC does require your three most current household pay stubs to process the request with the application. This application should be submitted no more than 30 days prior to the start of each program for which you have registered.  The discount will not be applied until the application has been approved.
     
     
     
    Other Available Discounts:
     
    Sibling Discount
    Additional children enrolled under the same Primary Account Holder may be eligible for a 10% sibling discount. The discount applies to the lowest tuition rate or the younger children if enrollment is the same. This discount is currently only available during the school year.
     
    DCS Employee Discount
    Delaware City Schools employees and Board of Education members are eligible for a 5% tuition discount. This discount applies to the regular school year and summer tuition rates. It does not apply to All Day SACC or other special event fees. Please contact the SACC office to verify employment and receive this discount.  This discount needs to be requested in writing at the start of the school year programming. 
     
    ** Only one discount will be applied.  If a family is eligible for or requests multiple discounts, the highest eligible discount will be applied. **
